101 Coastal Investors, LLC (the Company) is a real estate investment company historically specializing in “value-adding” real estate investments located in the coastal areas of San Diego County.
The Company has a formalized approach to achieving its real estate objectives by identifying and acquiring properties within the “coastal zone, and ultimately adding significant value through boundary adjustments, lot splits, refurb, and /or the application of creativity. Following its initial value-adding activities, the Company may consider the construction of residences or other appropriate development depending on the nature and inherent opportunities presented by the property.
The Principals of the Company have acquired significant expertise in the identification and analysis of target properties and value-adding optimization. The Company has established a recent history of successful projects that have employed this model.
