The Management Entity
As managing member of the Company, 101 Management Group ("101 MG") will have the responsibility to locate, analyze, negotiate, acquire administer, and market all Company projects. In consideration of these activities, 101 MG will receive a higher pro rata participation in venture profits (after certain threshold achievement), and fee and commission income, to be shared with the Company to the extent outlined below.
101 MG will initially consist of Vance Campbell, Buck Dawson and Adam Campbell. Vance Campbell will continue to provide his proven expertise established with the successful projects carried out by the "old" 101 Investors. Mr. Dawson will assist Mr. Campbell in the administration of projects and financial structuring. Adam Campbell will be responsible for the management of active projects and acquisition of future projects. A brief biography of each is shown below.
Process
Acquisitions - Through 101 MG, the Company will be constantly scouring the market for value-add projects. Upon identification, the Company will put together a venture write-up and begin the process of raising equity from the company members and individual investors. In all cases, however, the members of the Company will have the right to provide any additional capital a project may require.
Investment Management - The Company will be directly involved in the repositioning or development of the property. The managing member shall call periodic meetings of the Company to review investment options and seek concurrence of all members before proceeding to the next phase of value adding enhancement.
Marketing and sale - The Company will be directly involved in the marketing of all properties, and in most situations will involve the help of a reputable real estate agent. The Company will also be closely involved in the sale of the property to make sure there are no outstanding liabilities.
Management Team (members of 101 MG)
Vance D. Campbell Jr. - Was the managing member of 101 Investors, LLC. Mr. Campbell has been investing, developing and brokering real estate for over 30 years and is the owner of AppTek, a stucco company. Vance has owned and operated several other businesses during his business career.
Ralph C. (Buck) Dawson - Is the former President of Med-Safe Systems, a medical device company and is currently co-owner of the DRJ Group, Inc. that owns and distributes STOPAIN(a topical analgesic line of products). Mr. Dawson's extensive management experience and broad expertise in other business areas will be beneficial to the company.
Adam V. Campbell - Adam's real estate experience includes portfolio property analysis for CB Richard Ellis. Adam has spent the past five years working with high net worth individuals in the Financial Services industry for companies like J.P. Morgan, Robertson Stephens and Piper Jaffray. Adam was responsible for developing complex investment strategies, and conducting due diligence and hiring third party money managers and hedge funds to manage client's money.
